The Edo State Directorate of Human Resource Management is responsible for overseeing the human resource functions within the state government. Established in [year], the directorate has been instrumental in developing and implementing innovative HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop a competent and motivated workforce..

The Directorate is made up of three Departments, namely;

1. Department of Resourcing,

2. Department of Manpower Accounting and;

3. Department of Policy, Strategy, Research and Statistics
